Once the topsheet is applied, our crew inspects the seams of the overlapping sheets of Torch-On for areas that may not have completely bonded. Each sheet has a special 6 inch overlapping bonding strip.
After marking any potential trouble spots, our trained crew touches the area up with the torch to ensure proper bonding and to eliminate weak areas on the seams.
Compare the corner section of the old roof to the corner section of the new roof.
Sometimes the metal from the old roof may be used, but it is much more attractive to use new metal.
The roof on this house has sagged in the middle along the edge. This prevented water from flowing out the drains on either side. To remedy this problem, we added an extra drain.
